3. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display products and descriptions accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and to update prices at any time without prior notice; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by us, which we will communicate via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

5. Payment

At present, we accept Cash on Delivery for all orders within the UAE. Card payment will be introduced in the future and will be clearly indicated as available on the Website once active. We do not currently store or process card payment details.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery timelines and fees are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Hadaf Venture or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.
